Shipping & Returns
Every Hay & Co Studio order is carefully packed by hand and dispatched from our studio in Sydney.
We aim to send orders as quickly as possible, with most orders dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping within Australia
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once dispatched, most Australian metropolitan orders arrive within approximately 2–4 business days, with regional and remote locations taking a little longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during particularly busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations, with available options and rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or import charges once they reach their destination. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love your Hay & Co Studio pieces in your home.
If you change your mind, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and returned in its original condition, with all tags and details attached.
To arrange a return, simply get in touch with us before sending your order back and we’ll provide the return details.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items
Every order is carefully checked and packed before leaving our studio, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t as it should be, please get in touch as soon as you can.
Include your order number and a photograph of the item so we can understand what has happened and arrange the appropriate next step.
Your rights in relation to faulty or damaged products are protected under the Australian Consumer Law and are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind returns policy.
A note on colour
Our textiles are created using natural linen and traditional hand block printing techniques, so subtle variations in colour and print are part of their character.
We work to carefully considered colour specifications so pieces purchased at different times will sit beautifully together, while recognizing that small variations between print runs may occur.
Colours can also appear differently across screens and in changing light. If a colour isn’t quite as you imagined it in your home, our 30-day change-of-mind return policy is there to give you peace of mind.
